It is said that the chemtrails are being sprayed to counter human created global warming. According to this theory, chemtrails are sprayed in specific localities to counter higher than normal heating in those localities. Seattle heating must be very bad, because massive numbers of chemtrails litter our skies.
Of course there is no manmade global warming, as sellouts like Gore know. Not that I can fault Al for selling his soul. He saw Bill Clinton get away with numerous murders such as Vince Foster's, and watching him try to screw any female who entered the White House and had a pulse. He stood by while all this happened and said nothing because he presumed he would get his shot at the Presidency. Except ex-coke-head George Bush—a moron who couldn't even make a coherent public statement without training from Karl Rove—pilfered the Presidency from Gore. It's enough to frustrate a man lusting for power. One can see why Gore said screw it, sold out, and agreed to become the face of the manmade global warming lies. The actual purpose of environmentalism is to serve as a new religion and as an excuse for government to further limit freedoms of the masses.

His very bloatedness and obesity are an indictment of his un-green lifestyle, as even his puffy face conveys overconsumption. Gore has an opulent new house boat. A 5,000 square foot home that uses more oil for heating each month than 6 Iraqi well fires. He roams the world in private jet that uses more fuel each year than a small township, seeming oblivious to the hypocrisy. If you can't beat him, join them!
On a brief tangent, giving Gore or any American the Nobel Peace Prize is as ludicrous as giving Mugabe a Cy Young. Half of all the military spending in the world is done by America. We have subjugated more countries than Hitler. Giving an American the Nobel Peace Prize is farcical and infuriates the world. The Nobel Prize is no longer noble, but is not simply a political propaganda tool given to those who serve the establishment, to give schemes credibility and reward the subservient.
The Earth is heated by the sun. The Earth is grows warmer because the sun is emitting more radiation. The Earth grows colder because the sun is emitting less radiation. It isn't rocket science, but dumb masses—or was it asses—nonetheless were duped by global warming. Stupid "green" advocates wear logoed shirts which required additional agriculture, were created by peasant laborers in India, and have to be shipped on transports which guzzle oil, and then driven across the continental U.S. on trucks which consume gas.

He helps formulate environmental policy, knows where grant money will be going and what restrictions will be imposed on industry ahead of time, and by abusing this knowledge for investing, he has amassed more than $100,000,000.
