How to Lose 30 Pounds in a Month

Having lost over 30 pounds myself, I know how hard it can be.
I tried several diets and failed before I finally managed to lose 30 lbs.
I know how you feel.
You must have tried to lose weight before and may even have succeeded, only to gain it back.
And it may seem that to lose 30 pounds is the hardest thing in the world, but in fact, it can be done in a relative short time, as long as you're willing to put in the effort.
How fast can you lose 30 pounds? You can lose 30 pounds in as little as a month.
But you will need to choose the right diet in order to succeed and maintain your weight loss afterwards.
You will also need to make a commitment to yourself.
I know you can do it because I was in your shoes.
Read on to see how you too can become 30 pounds lighter.
How An Internet Review About A Diet Plan Became A Small Community Back in the beginning of 2007, I wrote an online review about a diet called Fat Loss 4 Idiots, which is based on the calorie shifting method.
I just wanted to tell other people how this diet works.
I had no idea that soon people who used this diet would start sharing their experience and ask questions about this diet right there at the end of my review.
And not just 1 or 2 people, but dozens of them.
The stories were great, and I was able to come to some conclusions about Fat Loss 4 Idiots: 1.
The success rate was pretty high: out of 30 and more people who posted their testimonial, only 1 had trouble losing weight with Fat Loss 4 Idiots.
2.
People found the diet simple and easy to stick to.
The diet requires little or no exercise and provides each user with a personal menu to follow which is pretty simple.
3.
The average weight loss was 7-11 pounds every 11 days.
That's where the 30 pounds in 1 month come in.
Although people who lost 11 pounds in 11 days are rare, it can be done with this diet.
What you need to do in order to lose the most weight with it is to stick 100% to the diet menu and to take 45-60 minutes walks at least 4 times a week.
If you do that, you have every chance to lose 30 pounds in a month.
If you don't have time for walks, you will have to do with 7-8 pounds average weight loss every 11 days.
Personally, I'd say that for most people a month wouldn't be enough to lose 30 pounds with Fat Loss 4 Idiots.
However, 5-6 weeks will surely be enough.
All you need to do is make a decision and do the diet.
I wish you the best of luck.
You can do it.
