Small granite pavers are laid throughout the small plaza. Each paver is engraved with the name of the individual or organization who contributed to the memorial.

Among those dedicated on these pavers includes the Sacramento Nisei Memorial Post 8985 Veterans of Foreign Wars and Ladies Auxiliary and the Sons of the American Legion, as well as individuals, such as Seabee veteran Kenrick S. Chung. Memorial pavers can also be found, such as the one for Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgendered killed in action.
