Fortunately, there is a way to treat your skin with the care it deserves, without taking up a-lot of time.
You may first want to see a Dermatologist just to see if you have any specific allergies, and to explain exactly what you need.
A dermatologist can also help you choose make-up, cleansers and moisturizers.
The skincare routine you use is very important for sensitive skin.
you will need to choose mild products with calming ingredients like chamomile, lavender and sandalwood.
