What happens is that the body will stimulate burning of calories to create heat in an attempt to normalize the body temperature. In the process, you will see that excess calories are used and thus losing weight.

Avoiding sugar and adding lemon and lime will even make the water more effective and avoid the boredom thereof. Another clue is that you take the water several minutes or may be an hour before you eat anything. This will ensure that your stomach is full and thereby limit you from eating a lot of food.

During the program, incorporating fruits and lots of vegetables in your meals moderately will help to reach your goal. Bathing two or three times a day will keep the skin poles open and sweating will be one of the ways of losing the water you are taking.

Caution has to be taken and a doctor or nutritionist consulted before and during the program. Make sure to know from the specialists on the coldness level as taking very cold or ice water all the time.
