It's a good thing to try and understand why you might have been rejected by a woman if you asked her out and she said no, but at the same time, you don't want to put too much time and energy into it. You have to realize that sometimes, you are not going to come up with an answer for why it happened and that's okay. It can end up being one of the things that can impede your future successes with women. When you spend too much time focusing on why a woman said no, that doesn't give you much time to meet other women or to focus on other things.
Remember this - she was only one woman.
It can become easy to assume that because one woman rejected you, that it will end up happening again and again, but that might not really be the case at all. You really can't put too much stock on just one person's opinion of you. Imagine if they did that when they were polling people. Just getting one person's opinion and basing their outcome on that. That wouldn't prove much of anything, right? Well, the same is true when you get rejected by just one woman. It doesn't prove much of anything at all. You might even get the next 10 women to say yes to you, totally making that one woman's opinion pretty insignificant.
You also have to ask yourself why one woman's opinion would matter so much.
Some guys will get stuck on one woman in particular and begin to idealize her as being perfect. Rarely is she ever really perfect, that's just the way that they see her. If you are doing this with one woman, you have to keep in mind that there are many more out there. Even if you think she is the perfect one for you, that doesn't mean that she actually would have been. You might have found out that she was annoying to be around, or that you just didn't have much of anything in common.
Keep your options open.
This is one way to make sure that you don't get stung too bad by just one woman's rejection. That is, to keep your options open. When you are interested in say, 3 different women at one time, what does it really matter when one of them says no to a date with you? You'll still have 2 more that you can ask out and who knows? They both might just say yes to you.
