- 1). Click on the "Windows" icon on the bottom left of your screen.
- 2). Type "MSCONFIG" into the search bar at the bottom of the start menu and press "Enter."
- 3). Click on the "Boot" tab on the System Configuration menu.
- 4). Uncheck the box next to "Safe Boot." This will ensure the next time you boot your computer it will be in Normal Mode and not Safe Mode.
- 5). Press "OK" to save the changes and close out of the menu.
- 6). Reboot your computer. Do not press any keys on your keyboard until the computer has fully loaded.
- 1). Click the "Start" button on the bottom left corner of your desktop screen. Select "Run."
- 2). Type "MSCONFIG" into the box and press enter to open the "System Configuration" menu.
- 3). Click on the "BOOT.INI" tab on the top of the menu.
- 4). Uncheck the box listed as /SAFEBOOT and press "OK."
- 5). Restart your computer to exit Safe Mode and return to Normal Mode.
