My wedding hair flowers were the hardest thing to choose.
I wanted to look my best and have the coolest hair flowers to back up how great I looked.
I couldn't find a single hair flower to buy any where that would complete my look.
So I decided to make my own.
I looked around all over the internet to find the perfect hair flowers that would be lovely enough to wear in my hair.
This was a task in and of itself.
There are so many sites that have really cheap looking ones, so many that look so fake, and hair flowers that just didn't complete my look for my wedding day.
I gave up on the internet and decided to make my own.
I found an awesome wholesale dealer that I purchased my flowers from without blowing my budget.
I got them in the mail and got to work.
Putting these together is not an easy task.
I burnt myself with the glue gun a few times, got glue on the wrong side of the flowers, had the piece fall apart in my hands and still couldn't get it to come out right.
I stayed up late one night and put my mind to it that I would make the coolest flowers I could.
Six hours later I had two hair pieces for myself and then had to decide which of the two I would wear! I ended up using them both and my hair stylist thought it was the coolest thing that I had made my own hair pieces.
No extra work for him! I got so carried away with my own and just couldn't stop myself that I even made some for all my bridesmaids.
I made them each a flower that fit what kind of hair style they could wear.
I made that part of their gift bags for being a part of my special day.
Still to this day, I have seen all of them wear their flowers again!
