Returning to Default Settings

• 1). Press down on the "Feature" button on the Norstar device.
  
  
• 2). Hit "985" on the phone's keypad.
  
  
• 3). Press the "9" key so the display flashes "PSWD."
  
  
• 4). Input "73738767793."
  
  
• 5). Press "Yes" when the "RESET PSWD?" message flashes across the display.
  
  
• 6). Push down on the "Feature" button again.
  
  
• 7). Input "983."
  
  
• 8). Input your phone system's default password code (it will be referenced in the user manual).
  
  

Changing Your Password

• 1). Hit the button with the Norstar symbol on it.
  
  
• 2). Press the star key twice and input "266344" to enter your phone's password configuration mode.
  
  
• 3). Input your phone system's default password.
  
  
• 4). Press the "Next" button on the keypad until the display flashes "Hospitality," and then press the "Show" button.
  
  
• 5). Select the "Change" option and "New Password" will appear on the display.
  
  
• 6). Input your desired password and then press the "OK" button to save your settings.
