We all have cravings.
Sometimes those cravings lead us to junk food.
Things like Candy, Chips, Fast Foods, you get the picture.
Obviously fruit is the better choice.
Knowing the beneficial values of each kind will not only help with your over all health, but can aid on a fast decision when shopping.
Here is a list of fun fruits when them cravings try to make you go for the not so good foods.

Apples, with the skin, 5 grams of fiber and flavonoid antioxidants.

Apricots are a good source of vitamins A, C and E, potassium, iron and carotenoids.

Bananas.
I am sure most have heard are a great source of potassium,about 400 mg.

Blueberries, Blackberries, Raspberries, & Strawberries.
