- 1). Connect your BlackBerry to your computer through the USB cable that came with your phone.
- 2). Click on the "BlackBerry Desktop Manager" application that came with your phone. If you do not have the BlackBerry Desktop Manager software, follow the link in the Resources section.
- 3). Click on the "Configuration" button and then click on the "Synchronization" tab.
- 4). Click on the "Calendar" button and then click on the "Setup" button.
- 5). Click on the "Outlook" tab and then click the "Next" button. Click on the "Wireless" option in the menu and click the "Finish" button.
