- 1). Launch PowerPoint 2008 and open the presentation that contains the fonts you want to embed. Click the “File” menu and select the “Save As” option.
- 2). Click the “Tools” button. Select the “Save Options” menu. Check the box next to the “Embed Fonts in the File” option in the “Preserve fidelity” section. Click “OK.” which will return you to the Save As window.
- 3). Type a new file name in the “File Name” field to distinguish the file with embedded fonts. Click the “Save” button.
