I Feel Fat and Tired - Why?

Would you like to take a little Journey of Discovery? When you think of acid, what immediately comes to mind? (Now for all you 60's flower children: Not THAT kind of acid!) Can you visualize some liquid spilling on metal and the metal begins to smoke as the liquid bubbles? Eventually there is a big whole in the metal where the acid ate right through it.
What if that liquid fell on your skin? It would just keep burning through your precious skin tissue, the bone and eventually come out the other side.
NOT GOOD! Guess what? Most of us are dealing with excess acidity in our bodies at this very moment! The body uses its alkaline reserves to neutralize this acidity, leaving the body weakened and susceptible to fatigue as well as all kinds of diseases.
You know what else acid does? It makes you fat.
That's right! How? Well, your body gets so overloaded with acid that your kidneys and liver can't handle it all.
What's a body to do? I tell you what it does.
It hides it in fat! You can lipo all you want but if you don't correct your acidity problem, you'll have to do it all over again! Do you know what you need to free yourself from this internal nightmare? You need a Plan to get your Body in Balance.
Your blood needs a Slightly Alkaline Balance to keep you alive.
The body will do whatever it takes to keep it that way.
If the body has to steal alkalinity from your bones, your teeth or whatever, it will do it and leave the rest of the body depleted, weak, tired and fat.
You need to Give Your Body Alkaline Resources through what you drink, what you eat, and--if you can believe it--what you think.
(Worrying causes stress which causes acidity which gets hidden in fat!) "What should I do first?" Start with the Foundation to Your Nutrition.
No, it's not some berry, or juice or raw fruits and vegetables.
These are all good but what does your body need more than anything? Water.
Water makes up almost 75% of your body.
Are all waters equal? Of course not.
You've got to Get Good Water.
