- 1). Visit the town of Razor Hill in Durotar or Brill in Trisfal Glades, if you're the horde. If you're the Alliance, visit Goldshire in Elwynn Forest, Azure Watch in Azuremyst Isle or Kharanos in Dun Morogh.
- 2). Talk to the Orphan Matron to accept the quest titled "Stop the Fires!" Right-click the water barrel located next to the orphan to receive a bucket of water. Run over to the burning buildings. Right-click the bucket to throw it on the fire. Return to the barrel and acquire another bucket of water. Repeat the process until all fires die out.
- 3). Turn in the quest to the Orphan Matron. She will give you three pumpkin treats and one weighted jack-o'-lantern.
- 4). Defeat the Headless Horseman in the Scarlet Monastery. You must have four to five other people to successful kill the Headless Horseman. Although defeating him does not guarantee a weighted jack-o'-lantern, you can kill him up to five times in one hour, increasing your chances of acquiring the item.
