- 1). Defeat Candice in the Snowpoint Gym to obtain the Icicle Badge. Fly to Veilstone City and enter the Galactic Headquarters.
- 2). Defeat Galactic Boss Cyrus and Battle Commander Saturn and free the Mirage Pokemon. Exit the Galactic Headquarters and enter Mt. Coronet from Route 207.
- 3). Defeat the Galactic Grunts and use "Rock Climb" to reach the peak of Mt. Coronet, the Spear Pillar. Team up with your rival to defeat Battle Commanders Mars and Jupiter.
- 4). Use electric and rock-type attacks to defeat Galactic Boss Cyrus for the final time. Walk north to find Dialga.
