This is the third album from the band Cadaveria, and the Italian group's first since 2004.

In Your Blood is a diverse mix of gothic, progressive, horror, death and black metal. It's a little less intense than their first couple albums, and many of the songs are very mainstream and accessible.

Cadaveria alternates between melodic singing and harsh death metal growls and she also has a style about halfway in between singing and screaming.

The album has individual songs that may appeal to a wide cross section of metal fans, but the album as a whole has so many different styles it may have a hard time finding a target audience. It jumps all over the place and never quite gets into a groove.
