- 1). Visit the Crate & Barrel website (www.crateandbarrel.com). Scroll to the bottom of the page, and locate the section titled, "Let Us Help You." Under this section, click the "Order Tracking" option. (Reference 2)
- 2). Type in your order number in the indicated field. Also enter your billing ZIP code. Click the blue "Track Order" box to see a summary of your order's status.
- 3). Instead of entering your order number, you may also check your status by logging into your Crate & Barrel account. On the order tracking page (http://www.crateandbarrel.com/Order-Tracking/), type in your email address and your password to view an order status update.
- 1). Contact the store directly for a status update. Search for Crate & Barrel stores by entering the city and state of the store's location on the Crate & Barrel Store website (http://www.crateandbarrel.com/Stores/), and then click the blue submit request button that is located on the left side of the page.
- 2). Scroll down the new page until you see the store that you used for placing your order. The store's telephone number will be listed underneath the store's address.
