- 1). Open the "Start" menu and click on "Control Panel."
- 2). Select the "Sound" menu.
- 3). Click on the "Playback" tab and click on the entry for your headset.
- 4). Select the "Configure" button.
- 5). Select "Stereo" sound from the menu and press "OK."
