- 1). Tap the "Cydia" application your iPhone's home screen to open the third-party app store.
- 2). Tap "Sections" along the bottom menu. Navigate to the "Networking" section.
- 3). Tap "OpenSSH" within the "Networking" category. Click "Install." Cydia will begin installing the application. Once installed, you can access your iPhone's files via FTP application. The default user name to access the phone is "root" and the default password is "alpine." It is important to not move, edit or delete the iPhone's system files unless you know exactly what you are doing.
