- 1). Power on the vehicle and the cassette radio automatically begins to playback the audio you last listened to.
- 2). Insert a cassette tape into the cassette deck. Momentarily the audio from the tape begins to play over the stereo system. Advance in the tape with the fast forward button or rewind with the rewind button. Press "Stop" to stop the audio playback, then "Eject" to eject the tape from the deck.
- 3). Push the "AM/FM" button to switch to the radio. Pushing the button once changes it to the FM side of the dial, then pressing it again adjusts it to the AM side. Tune the radio signal with the dial knob on the left side of the radio.
- 4). Increase or decrease the overall volume of the 1998 Dodge Stratus by turning the volume knob on the right side of the cassette radio.
