- 1). Go to Microsoft's website to download the Windows Search program.
- 2). Click the link next to your version of Windows.
- 3). Click the "Save File" option. Save the file to your desktop.
- 4). Double-click on the downloaded file, and click "Run" to change your Search version to the latest revision.
