Craigslist.or is one of the busiest websites in the world. Craigslist is a phenomenon like no other. Billions of dollars worth of buying and selling happens on Craigslist every year. Many people including myself make a full time pay working only part time selling on just Craigslist.
Craigslist.org is free so there is ZERO ad spend. Just your time is needed to place the ads. I am a pro at making money on Craigslist I want to offer you some tips on how to remain in good standing on Craigslist while mantaining multiple accounts so you can maximize your posting and profits.
One of the first things you need to know is that you should never buy Craigslist verified accounts from any source. Craigslist has changed the way the run their verification system. If you buy Craigslist phone verified accounts then they will not work for long and are a complete waste of money.
What I recommend you do is to ask friends or family if you can use their phone number to verify extra craigslist accounts. When you send them the Craigslist Verification Code make sure it gets written down because the account will need to be reverified after 150 ads are posted. The Craigslist account will also need to be reverified if you change the email address that is associated with that account thrhough your Craigslist account admin control panel.
When you post ads on Craigslist you cannot post one ad in one city and then another ad in another city and so forth. Craigslist software will pickup on this and remove all of your ads. You MUST post a minimum of 5 ads per city before moving to the next city to post ads. Your ads will not be flagged by the system if you follow these rules.
I do not recommend posting more than 7 ads per account per day. I also recommend you delete all ads that are 15 days or older so you do no accumulate to many open ads in your account. The system may flag your account as a spammer if you have to many open ads in your account.
By using multiple Craigslist accounts you can avoid any issues with Criagslist. I recommend that you never use DSL or Cable Internet to post ads through multiple accounts. The reason why is that both accounts will be associated with the same ip address and that is not good news for you. Once Craigslist system software realizes that both accounts are coming from the same IP address it will remove all of your ads and lock your accounts up so you cannot post again.
The only way around this is to use a cheap dialup service and find some good connection numbers in their directory. By using dialup you will get a new IP address every single time you dialout. You should not use a company like Netzero or AOL since they use proprietary software which will cause you problems. These ISP's also cost to much money. The best dialup service that I use is Basic ISP
It is only $6.95 and has a ton of dialup numbers. Make sure you find a couple of good dialup numbers that have good connection speeds and write the numbers down and use them over and over for your dialup account. Some numbers are faster that others so it is good to test them out. Basic ISP is definitely the best ISP I have found for the money.
