Competition on its own is the major reason why it is difficult to come across a particularly good retailer for our day to day needs whether it be for domestic or business purposes.
With competition stemming on a daily basis in many business sectors, its hard to come across a good retailer who will provide a reliable, professional, the customer is always right service to the customer in the traditional way.
Some will agree and some will not, but I will keep the ball rolling.
The pressures that come from competition in the business world play a major role in affecting a business relationship with its clients or customers.
As the pressures mount, more and more small and medium sized retailers are forced into a corner where they start to take shortcuts in the manner they conduct their business activities.
This directly affects the customer in a number of ways as mistakes are bound to happen and the customer ends up dissatisfied.
