The first 5 to 10 minutes of your day is the most important time for a person.
If you get started on the right track you'll most likely stay on the right track through the rest of the day.
Tip #2- The next step is to make sure you are doing the right exercises.
Most people try and do crunches all day and wonder why they still can't see their abs.
If you try and build any other part of your body you use weights.
The abs are no different than any other muscle group.
You need to use some type of resistance training to make sure your abs grow.
I like the cable pulley machine and a medicine ball.
I sit on a medicine ball while doing sit-ups.
At the same time I'm holding the rope for the cable pulley machine.
This make sure you have enough for resistance to make your abs grow.
