The Best 5 Step Candidiasis Diet

If you are experiencing a wide range of annoying and uncomfortable health symptoms, and you suspect it might be diet related, then a Candidiasis Diet is probably just what you need.

1. Know Your Enemy.

You may have heard of Candida, and perhaps have dismissed it as just the latest fashion diagnosis as the cause of all your ailments. Well, in truth, Candida is normally present in everyone's digestive system, causing no problems at all. Candidiasis is a more serious condition that occurs when the natural Candida fungus begins to grow and spread out of control throughout your digestive system. This will result in a wide range of symptoms, from bloating, itchyness, to Thrush, aches and pains, and even more serious conditions as your  immune system begins to fail.

The first step to recovery is to understand what is happening.

2. Decide to Take Action.

Candidiasis is occurring because your diet is feeding the Candida fungus. The fungus thrives on high levels of yeast and sugar in a daily diet. The way to stop the excessive growth, and assist the body to regain a normal balance and control of Candida, is to reduce and eliminate the foods that are feeding the growth.

3. Eliminate and Reduce.

Commit to a 6 week blitz. For just 6 weeks, reduce or eliminate foods that are highly processed, contain high levels of sugar, contain yeast and moulds, (bread, cheese), fermented foods, (pickles, sauces), and foods high in starch and alcoholic beverages because they break down to sugars that feed the yeast fungus. Read labels and find alternatives.

Remember, this is not a life sentence, it's a 6 week campaign!

4. Feed Your Health.

This is the time to add and increase the foods that feed the body's normal ability to keep  Candida in balance. Natural, unprocessed foods, (eggs, fruit, vegetables, whole grains, lean meat, and fish), should make up most of your daily diet.

Help the good bacteria in your digestive systems with natural,  unsweetened yoghurts that contain the Lactobaccilus Acidopholus bacteria. These are the controlling bacteria that your body needs in good health and quantity.

Drink plenty of water. As the yeast fungus begins to rapidly die off, it will realease toxins into the body that need to be eliminated. Water is essential to flush the toxins out of the kidneys.

Nurture yourself.  As this diet works, you may experience loss of energy as the toxins are being released, so rest, eat small amounts of fruit and vegetables throughout the day, and remind yourself that you are on the way to much better health.

5. Learn the Lifetime Lessons.

As you begin to experience an increase in energy, pay attention to how your body responds to the new foods in your diet. Commit to keeping up the foods that cause you to feel energised and comfortable. After 6 weeks you can start to gradually re-introduce the foods that have been eliminated. Do this one food type at a time and take particular note of the re-introduced foods that create discomfort, such as bloating, and resolve to cut them outtake only in small and irregular amounts.

This is your opportunity to learn what foods suit you, and what to be wary of, so that you establish life long habits that enable your body to keep the natural balance required for health and vitality.
