Cobra Carbon CB irons are made with a 8620 carbon steel for a soft feel at impact. Similar to their forged counterparts, the Cobra Carbon CB irons offer a thinner top-line and minimal offset to promote a classic blade-appearance, while the carbon material provides a solid and consistent feel throughout the set. Cobra irons are used by several PGA Tour professionals and the Cobra Carbon CB irons are designed with the better player in mind. - The standard Cobra Carbon CB iron set contains irons three through pitching wedge. Golfers can also purchase a two iron and gap wedge. All irons are available in both left and right-handed versions.
- Loft is a measure of the slope of the club-face in relation to the ground, and influences shot height and trajectory. The Cobra Carbon CB irons feature fairly traditional lofts ranging from 19 degrees in the two-iron to 50 degrees in the gap wedge.
- Lie angles range from 60 degrees in the two-iron to 64 degrees in the pitching wedge and gap wedge. Lie angle can affect shot accuracy and should be custom fit for individual golfers' measurements.
- The Cobra Carbon CB irons feature a minimal amount of offset in each club. Offset clubs are a game-improvement design that allow golfers to place additional compression on the ball. Cobra Carbon CB irons are designed for lower-handicap golfers and the amount of offset in each iron is negligible.
- All Cobra Carbon CB irons contain a swing weight of D3. Swing weight is a measure of the club's balance point combined with it's total weight, and can affect the feel of the club during the swing. A swing weight of D3 is fairly standard for iron sets.
- Cobra Carbon CB irons range from 39.5 inches in the two iron to 35.5 inches in the gap wedge. Each club increases between .25 to .5 inches with each club, and golfers can have shafts custom fit to match their heights.
- Cobra Carbon CB irons come with standard steel True Temper Dynamic Gold stiff-flex shafts. Grips are the Golf Pride 50D Rounds. However, golfers may choose to fit their sets with different shafts and grips based on personal preference and specifications.
