- Bee venom therapy is a type of apitherapy, or bee therapy, which may be used to relieve pain associated with arthritis, tendonitis and gout. Venom may be injected in the skin directly through a bee sting or through an injection of venom extract.
- Magnet therapy uses the application of magnets to points of pain or acupuncture points to reduce pain; this type of pain relieving therapy is highly controversial due to limited scientific studies on magnetic therapy.

- High-flow oxygen therapy may reduce pain associated with chronic pain, headaches and injuries. Oxygen therapy may be administered in a hyperbaric chamber or through inhalation.
