- 1). Move the range from the wall and push on the plug to make sure it is fully inserted into a wall outlet.
- 2). Open your home's breaker box and flip the breaker switch associated with your kitchen outlets to the "On" position if it is switched "Off." A power surge might have flipped the switch to the "Off" position.
- 3). Push in the "Oven Control" knob set it to "Hi." Wait a few seconds and the burner will light. The oven will not be able to cook if the burner light is not lit.
- 4). Turn the "Oven Control" knob to the desired temperature. If the oven control knob is not turned, the appliance will not heat up.
