- 1). Close any open Web browsers. Tap the "Ctrl," "Alt," and "Delete" key sequence and then click "Open Task Manager." Navigate to the task manager tab labeled "Processes."
- 2). Select the "mirarsetup.exe" entry and then click "End Process." Click "875455-NOSB.exe" and then choose "End Process" again.
- 3). Close the task manager and bring up the Start menu. Navigate to "All Programs" and then "Accessories." Click the "Command Prompt" icon.
- 4). Type "regsvr32 /u windmy.dll" into the command prompt window and then press Enter. Repeat the process of removing the other Mirar tollbar DLL files by entering in the commands "regsvr32 /uwinnb[X].dll," "regsvr32 /u winnb40.dll," "regsvr32 /u winnb41.dll," "regsvr32 /u nn_bar.dll," "regsvr32 /u nn_bar21.dll," "regsvr32 /u nn_bar22.dll," and "regsvr32 /u nn_bar31.dll."
- 5). Close the command prompt window and return to the Start menu. Type "regedit" into the search field and tap Enter. Click the icon for the Windows registry editor.
- 6). Click "Continue." Open the registry folder named "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE." Open each of the sub-folders named "Software," "Microsoft," Windows," Current Version," and then "Run."
- 7). Locate the registry entry at the right side of the window named "ToolbarInstall=mirarsetup.exe." Right-click the entry and select "Delete."
- 8). Navigate to the registry folder path "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar." Delete the entry labeled "9A9C9B68-F908-4AAB-8D0C-10EA8997F37E."
- 9). Back out of the "Run" folder and open the "Shared DLLs" folder. Delete the entries labeled "C:WindowsDownloaded Program Filesmirarsetup.exe," "C:WindowsSystem32windmy.dll," and "C:/Windows/System32/windmy.dll."

Close the registry editor and access the Start menu again. Type "Mirarsetup" in the search field and delete each of the files that appear in the results. Restart the computer.
