Health Industry PACs

With the passage of the federal health care law, health-care industry PACs have been more instrumental than ever in ensuring that the industry's interests are represented. These PACs --- including the American Medical Association PAC, the National Community Pharmacists Association PAC, and committees from a number of pharmaceutical companies --- promote the industry's positions on such issues as Medicaid reimbursement, prescription costs and health care accessibility through public education and by lobbying policymakers.

Most environmental PAC's have websites that allow you to participate via online petitions, education and donations.

Conservative PACs are dedicated to advancing the ideology of conservatives by promoting ideas of American exceptionalism, financial austerity and a robust foreign policy that preserves the interests of the United States. Organizations like SarahPAC, started by Sarah Palin, endorse and contribute to the promotion of candidates like Sens. Rand Paul and Marco Rubio in an effort to pass legislation in keeping with SarahPAC's vision for America.
