- 1). Pat a night-time eye cream underneath the eyes using your ring finger. Start with a pea-sized amount. Tap the ring finger gently against the outside corner of the eyes and work your way inwards. Choose an eye cream that contains hydrating ingredients like Shea butter and vitamin B3.
- 2). Dab a pea-sized amount of the same eye cream on the eyelids with your ring finger. Do so every evening before bed. Smooth it onto the eyelids and up to the brow bone.
- 3). Apply a gel eye cream underneath your eyes every morning. Dip your ring finger into the gel eye cream and pat it gently underneath the eyes only. Avoid putting it on the eyelids.
- 4). Stick a pin into a capsule of vitamin E oil. Squeeze the oil out and onto your fingers. Slather the vitamin E oil around the eyes. Apply it two to three times per week before bed. Put it over the nighttime eye cream.
