On two occasions I actually had to have the airline track down people who had accidentally left the airport with my bag! Another bag fallen victim to a case of mistaken identity. On a more recent trip, a coworker and I almost made it out of the airport when someone tapped him on the shoulder and said "I think you have my bag."
