Hair and Make-Up

• Cat Eye Make-Up
  
  If you have black or dark brown hair, straighten it and you're good to go. If you don't, buy a straight black wig (preferably about shoulder length). If you cannot find a wig of the right length, buy a long wig and cut it to the appropriate length.
  Line the tops and bottoms of your eyes with liquid black eyeliner. The liner should meet at the corner of your eye and come to a point.
  
  

Clothes

• Wear a long white or gold dress that is sleeveless and has a high neckline. Embellish the dress by gluing rhinestones to the neckline and waist.
  If you do not have a dress that meets these criteria, buy 4 yards of white or gold fabric. Fold the fabric in half horizontally, cut out a hole for your head in the middle of the fold and sew up the sides, leaving an opening at the top on each side for your arms. Hem the bottom of the dress, the armholes and the collar. Tie a piece of gold ribbon around your waist to give the dress some shape.
  
  

Accessories

• Wear lots of gold bracelets on both arms. Get several long, gold necklaces and drape them on and around your head. Secure one of the necklaces in a ring around your head (like a crown) and pin the rest of the necklaces onto the ring and let them drape down your hair. Use bobby pins to make sure that they stay put. Wear several gold rings on each of your hands.
  If you want to embellish your costume some more, you may tie a white or gold scarf around your waist and drape a white or gold scarf around your shoulders.
