- 1). Dampen the aluminum with a water hose. Put on a pair of rubber gloves and safety glasses.
- 2). Pour a small amount of paint stripper into a plastic paint tray. Dip the paintbrush bristles into the paint stripper and apply it to the graffiti. Continue applying the chemical until covered.
- 3). Let the paint stripper sit on the aluminum surface for 10 minutes. Scrub the graffiti off the aluminum with a scrub brush. Rinse the object clean with a water hose.
- 4). Reapply the paint stripper if the graffiti stains remain. Wait 10 minutes before scrubbing the aluminum with a brush and rinsing clean with the water hose.
- 5). Consider repainting the aluminum if the graffiti is still visible.
